The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day, and I really appreciated the free breakfast selection each morning! I loved lounging by the heated swimming pool and catching up on my reading. The only minor downside was having a room that felt a bit far from the elevator, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

The hotel had a clean and spacious room. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the amenities like the fridge and microwave. The restaurant in the lobby served good food. I had cannelloni and grilled bacon-wrapped shrimp, both delicious. Staff members were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, especially Jaycee. I appreciated the proximity to nearby attractions, making it convenient to explore. However, I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast offered, which is something I had expected based on my previous experiences with other Holiday Inns. Additionally, the check-in process could be swifter during peak hours as it felt a bit slow when I arrived. Overall, an enjoyable experience despite some drawbacks.

Great facilities and service
The King Room was spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and comfortable feather pillows. It had a roll-in shower for easy access. The indoor swimming pool was clean, and the fitness center had ample equipment. Staff were really nice, especially Lela at the front desk, who was super helpful during check-in.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed concerts at the Black River Coliseum and great meals nearby. The hotel was clean, with a nice breakfast spread. The staff was friendly, and the lobby always looked sharp. Definitely a solid spot for a fun group getaway.
One drawback was that the carpets in the common areas seemed a bit worn and stained.

The marinated fish at the on-site restaurant blew my mind, making it a perfect pit stop after a day of culinary exploring. Plus, the friendly staff and the convenient restaurant had great vibes to kick back and soak up some local flavor.
We were given a handicap accessible room that we didn't request, which wasn’t ideal. It was tucked away on the third floor, far from the elevator, and the lobby looked a bit worn with some debris around—nothing that couldn't be polished up though.

Couple's cozy escape
The rooms were clean, like I mean spotless, and we had a fridge and microwave which was great for a quick snack after a long day. I could come back just for that alone.
