The hotel has a modern feel and the staff, from the janitor to the front desk clerk, are super friendly. The location is great, right next to a nice pool and a restaurant, making it perfect for a business trip in Poplar Bluff.

Noise. The ballroom was noisey and we were on the 3rd floor. It was terribly noisey on Sunday morning with the pounding of a drum. It started at 8:00. I couldnt wait to get out of there. Also there was no remote for the large tv in the room. We told the front desk. They didn't have one.

The location is very central.

Sadly, we discovered ants in the bathroom and on arriving at our room the handy man exclaimed that this was the only room that had that problem. You don't have to be Hercule Poirot to work out that they should not be letting that room (316) until the problem is solved!

The rooms here are renovated and have everything you need, and the view is nice, plus it's in a great spot for a social club event.

The staff was friendly. With the exception of the lottery ticket the room was clean. There were extra towels which was nice. The inclusion of a free hot breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a wonderful surprise.

Housekeeping left 3 used lottery tickets in the room. It wouldn't have so bad if they were winners but sadly they were losers. There was also no microwave.

The room was big, quiet, clean and bed and pillows were comfortable.

The free breakfast is only a few items from the menu.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff from janitor to front desk clerk. The rooms were functional and reasonably large, had a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Units with a couch. The service was friendly and the location was particularly good and perfect.

The staff was not so friendly.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a clean bathroom and various amenities like a dining area and work desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with feather and hypo-allergenic pillows provided. Enjoyed the free breakfast and convenient location near the restaurant, fitness center, and Poplar Bluff.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The venue offers updated and stocked rooms with a large closet and a couch, as for instance, I am very pleased about that. The services are excellent, including a clean pool.

The place was pretty clean, I booked a suite overlooking the street, everything was just right, and all the staff was friendly.

Would happily go back again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff are really helpful and very efficient. The location is good and absolutely perfect, 1 mile from Palace of Praise Church. I had a great time at Holiday Inn Poplar Bluff, An IHG Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. I would definitely return to this hotel since I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Moreover, its location, just 1 mile from Palace of Praise Church, was really convenient and ideal.
